Aaron Alejandro
Executive Director at Texas FFA Foundation
connect companies and individuals to the causes they care about while advancing agricultural science education. I created the Foundation’s case for individual giving and a strategic plan to strengthen its organizational culture — work that continues to secure support from current and former Texas FFA members, sponsors, and stakeholders for generations to come.
I am honored to serve on the Forbes Nonprofit Council, where I connect the Texas FFA’s 90-year legacy with the Forbes platform, creating partnerships that benefit both organizations. My work is driven by a simple belief: invest in today’s student leaders, and you shape tomorrow’s influencers.
I hold a Ziglar Legacy Certification, a professional coaching and training designation from the Ziglar Corporation, and serve on the Advisory Board of the Texas Christian Chamber of Commerce.
I have also contributed to and been published in several books, including Tom Ziglar’s 10 Leadership Virtues for Disruptive Times (2021), Lessons from Our Mothers and Fathers by Cleo Franklin (2023), LEADing a Legacy – Youth, Agriculture, and Leadership (2023), Mission Matters – Leadership and Success Vol. 1 (2023), Another Cup with Cleo by Cleo Franklin (2025), Tomorrow’s Youth – Reaching a Hope-Deferred Generation by James McLamb (2023), and most recently The Path for Coaches Vol. 4: Communication (2026).
I bring effective communication, engaging facilitation, and a compelling case for encouragement, leadership development, and agricultural science education to every audience I serve.
